4. Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in Swiss Francs (CHF), VAT included. Payment is required either at registration or before the course begins. All fees must be settled in full prior to participation.

5. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Participants may cancel enrollment at any time with at least 10 days’ notice before the course start date.

Partial refunds: No refunds are given for sessions already attended or started.
Full refunds: Only available if the course has not yet commenced.

6. Limitation of Liability

GoMindBizUpX is not liable for any damages resulting from third parties or misuse of our services by clients. Our responsibility is limited to the amount paid for the course.

8. Governing Law
